Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions, including timely submission of P&L and balance sheet, reconciliation, AR, AP, financial reporting, and other management reports.

Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.

Coordinate and complete annual audits.

Perform budgetary control and implement corrective and cost-saving measures.

Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and relevant parties for statutory and legislative requirements.

Review debtor’s aging and vendor aging, reconciliation, and credit risk management.

Responsible for the training and development of department staff.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards.

Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors or management.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Preferences: Mandarin-speaking candidates to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
