The successful candidate will have a finance or business degree, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive approach to driving efficiency in purchasing and accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounts or Business Studies.
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Fast learner, creative and willing to explore ideas and act on them.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze SST transactions and reports.
• Liaise with customers on payment advice, debit and credit notes.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with coworkers, management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes and implement improvements.
• Perform ad hoc finance/account tasks as required.
