Seeking a dynamic professional to lead subscription operations, drive financial accuracy, optimize workflows, and mentor a high-performing team—ensuring seamless, data-driven growth in subscription services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Subscription Management: Oversee daily subscription operations, monitor and analyze subscription data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and manage customer accounts for accuracy.
2. Reconciliation & Financial Oversight: Perform regular reconciliation of subscription revenue accounts and trade receivables, ensure accuracy in financial records, resolve billing or revenue discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams.
3. Backlog Management & Issue Resolution: Identify workflow bottlenecks, implement solutions to maintain smooth operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
4. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present reports on subscription performance to inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, train, and develop subscription staff, fostering effective collaboration and high performance.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting; CPA/ACCA/CIMA/MIA preferred.
2. Professional qualification is an advantage.
3. Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with attention to detail.
4. Experience with accounting systems and financial software.
5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent time management skills.
7. Proactive, solution-oriented, committed to continuous improvement, and capable of resolving complex issues.
8. Leadership and team management abilities.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
