A leading company in recruitment services is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and enhance financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, and at least 5 years of experience in finance, including 2 years in a managerial role. This position offers annual bonuses, company trips, and a stable work schedule of 5 days a week.
Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
Control costs, expenses, and cash flow of the business.
Prepare financial reports related to budgets, cash flow, AP, AR, expenses, and forecasts on time.
Assist in budget planning, forecast preparation, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s accounting standards, SST, and relevant laws.
Maintain proper documentation for tax and audit purposes.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, lawyers, bankers, company secretarial, and authorities.
Reconcile stock/inventory reports with outlet and central kitchen operations.
Analyze outlet profitability and highlight discrepancies or inefficiencies.
