Job summary

Auto Victoria Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks an experienced Senior Executive to manage the full set of accounts, monthly reporting, budgeting and cash flow. You will lead closing processes and provide detailed financial analysis.

You will monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with MFRS, SST, audit, tax and statutory requirements while supporting improvements and system enhancements. Supervisory duties are included.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience for Senior Executive; 7+ years with supervisory experience for Assistant Manager.
• Strong knowledge of full set accounts, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Familiar with MFRS, SST, audit, tax, and internal controls.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in automotive, trading, or retail industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set accounts, monthly reporting, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Handle month-end/year-end closing and financial analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and banking matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper records and support process improvements.
• Work with internal departments and provide management reports.
• Support system enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Supervise and coach team members (Assistant Manager level).
