Finance & Accounting Executive (6-months Contract)

We are seeking an Finance & Accounting Executive (6-months Contract) to join our Account Department and support our expansion.

Role: Finance & Accounting Executive

Type: 6-months Contract

Location: Accessible by MRT, Maluri

Working day /hours: Monday to Friday; 9am to 6pm

Salary: RM4,000 onwards + Monthly Performance Bonus + Year End Bonus

Job Descriptions:

6-month contract (renewable), primarily supporting short-term project initiatives.

Record and update daily transactions in accounting software and company backend system.

Prepare and maintain financial listings, including Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Deposits, and Accruals.

Verify and resolve discrepancies in balance sheet accounts such as Cash & Bank, Prepayments, Accruals, and Provisions.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Analyse operational and accounting data for trends and variations.

Prepare and review full sets of accounts.

Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 1–3 years of working experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.

Familiarity with accounting systems and tools such as SQL, AutoCount, Excel, etc.

Required language(s): English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Good time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
