OCBC Malaysia is seeking an experienced MIS analyst to maintain data warehouse systems and deliver timely management reports to groups and units.

You will participate in projects, support planning, and collaborate with stakeholders, bringing strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and knowledge of VBA, SQL, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer/Information Science or equivalent.
• Experience in MIS/Business Finance or related functions.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; VBA, SQL, QlikView, Python, and Microsoft Power Platform are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills; able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Deliver management reports to Group and business/support units on a timely basis.
• Coordinate and handle management information requests from Group and business/support units.
• Participate in projects and process improvements.
• Support annual operational planning and other corporate exercises.

• Relevant experience in in MIS/Business Finance or related functions.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and experience with VBA, SQL, Qlikview, Python, Microsoft Power Platform (eg. Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI), etc will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse stakeholder group.
• Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaboration with internal and external parties.
• Willing to accept cross functional arrangement and job rotation.
