Job summary

KLK Alami Edible Oils Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Finance/Accounts professional to manage financial reporting and cash flow planning. You will handle monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure records align with policies.

The role requires 3–5 years in accounting, familiarity with SAP, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. A professional finance qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in finance/accountancy or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience with SAP accounting software is an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage daily cash flow, monitor bank balances, and forecast cash flow.
• Ensure accounting records comply with company policies and tax regulations.
• Review journal entries and maintain up-to-date general ledger.
• Process staff claims and perform month-end closing in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve issues; support budget and forecast processes.
• Handle AP, AR, GL tasks and intercompany reconciliation as needed.
• Assist with monthly production reports and other duties by Finance Manager.
