Job summary

Coach is seeking a Field Visual Merchandising Associate in Malaysia to collaborate with VM, Design, Marketing, and Architecture teams and elevate the in-store consumer experience. You will implement Global VM standards and support seasonal showroom installations across flagship locations.

The role requires 2–4 years in visual merchandising within fashion, experience with women's leather goods, and strong communication and organizational skills. Travel flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years visual merchandising experience in fashion brand or retailer.
• Experience with women’s leather goods and lifestyle categories (bags, small leather goods, ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to interface with a diverse group.
• Strong initiative, ownership and accountability for business.
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of monthly Window and In Store Global VM Guidelines.
• Partner with SEA Merchandising, Marketing and Design to create dynamic VM Direction.
• Partner with Local Merchants to ensure VM direction is relevant to all markets.
• Support SEA Visual Merchandising training and communication tools.
• Provide VM support for seasonal showroom installations and events.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, Creative, Production Marketing and Architecture on fixtures, props, graphics, and total product enhancements.
• Support seasonal trend hunting and inspiration research.
• Be an ambassador of the Coach VM philosophy.
• Support development and rollout of new visual programs and enhancements.
• Support launches of Key Seasonal Initiatives in flagship locations globally.
