Job summary

NFI Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a versatile technician to install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot fire protection, electrical, mechanical or M&E systems, ensuring compliance and safety. You will perform routine inspections, support testing and commissioning, and prepare basic reports, while coordinating with supervisors and team members.

Applicants should hold Certificate/SKM/TVET or Diploma in related field and possess good problem‑solving skills and a valid driving

Qualifications

Minimum Certificate, SKM, TVET qualification or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related field.
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting, maintenance, hand tools, and technical drawings.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid driving licence (D/DA); GDL licence is an added advantage; PW4 Certificate of Competency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire protection, electrical, mechanical, or M&E systems.
Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance.
Assist in testing and commissioning of systems.
Prepare basic reports and documentation of work completed.
Support team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
