Summary
The Field Service Engineer - Thermal Solutions is responsible for delivering expert technical support, on-site service, and maintenance for Vertiv's thermal management systems, including precision cooling units, CRAC/CRAH systems, in-row cooling, and advanced liquid cooling technologies. This role encompasses installation, commissioning, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and direct customer engagement to ensure optimal performance of mission-critical infrastructure.
