Job description

· Carry out repairs and servicing of Monochrome and Color Digital Multifunction Products (SHARP & FUJI FILM MFPs), ensuring hardware and software functionality at workshop or customer's premises to the highest standards.

· Manage and repair copiers both on and off-site.

· Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues efficiently.

· Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions and their causes.

· Respond promptly to customer calls and ensure their machines are operational.

· Conduct troubleshooting on machines and escalate complex problems to supervisors.

· Experience in related fields is advantageous.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Computer Science/IT, or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Technically oriented with good analytical skills.
• Mature, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and handle customer complaints.
• Knowledge of colour digital print products and file handling software is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Good eyesight and not color blind.
• Possess own transport (car).
• Male candidates only, due to job nature.
