Job Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and troubleshoot for electrical products.
• Handle in-house repair and product service.
• Respond to customer needs and resolve product-related issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support customers.

Skills And Qualifications

• Possess SPM certification and electrical field certification.
• Preferable Chinese Speaker.
• Entry levels in related field are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to familiarize with the products.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required.
• Ability to read basic electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of inverter/AC drive setup will be a plus.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Good working attitude and ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Willing to travel to outstation project sites (local).
• Language proficiency: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
