Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to take over all service responsibilities after installation and commissioning. You will respond to customer requests, diagnose issues, and provide on-site or remote troubleshooting, collaborating with the Service team on installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.

You will assist with technical documentation, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, ensure spare parts availability, maintain detailed service reports, and comply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering (or related field).
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or service engineering role (fresh graduates with internships may also apply).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently to customer sites.
• Take over all technical service responsibilities once the project team completes installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for service-related matters.
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for each customer interaction.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations during site visits.
