Implement and enforce asset tracking protocols for tools, vehicles, and equipment.

Maintain accurate asset inventories and conduct regular inspections.

Increase asset utilization and reduce downtime with preventive maintenance strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in managing complex operations or projects in the high-tech industry.

Proven track record in field engineering and customer support leadership.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing field operations.

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong knowledge of field service operations, customer service frameworks, and inventory/asset management.

Familiarity with industry-standard tools for resource planning, reporting, and performance tracking.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and upholds high professional standards.
