Role

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will troubleshoot, provide technical solutions, and analyze on-site machine issues raised by customers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform system troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, upgrade, deinstallation and installation of LTXC systems at customers’ sites as instructed by the Field Service Manager.
  • Conduct hands-on training/workshops for customers when requested.
  • Provide phone support to customer calls and troubleshoot problems related to device programs or OS.
  • Support and undertake projects with customers as assigned by the Field Service Manager.
  • Investigate DOA or parts issues as requested and respond to Customer Portal / Service Request tickets with follow-up actions.
  • Complete and submit field reports on time (e.g., Service Vouchers, Install Tickets, OTL).
  • Feedback to management on potential issues at customer sites and manage on-site parts inventory if required.
  • Perform duties defined in the on-site / labor contract as assigned by the Field Service Manager and ensure system performance meets customer expectations.
Qualifications
  • Able to travel on short notice; willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work overtime when required.
  • Ability to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Diploma/Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering; ATE experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
