Qualifications

• Mindestens ein Diplom oder Bachelor in einem technischen Fachbereich erforderlich.
• Erfahrung in der Fehlerbehebung und Wartung analytischer Instrumente von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Technische Unterstützung für Kunden vor Ort, telefonisch und per E-Mail.
• Durchführung von vorbeugender Wartung und Reparaturen vor Ort.

Job description

• Providing technical support to customers via on-site, telephone and email.
• Performing on-site troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Evaluating malfunctioning instruments and preparing estimates for the cost of repair.
• Performing factory calibrations (ISO 17025, if required).
• Provide on-site training to the customers
• Completing administrative tasks associated with the CRM Service module as to log all Support Ticket and Service Orders in the CRM Service.
• Forwarding sales opportunities to Sales Representatives when instruments need to be replaced.
• Attending all necessary Anton Paar service trainings for the relevant product lines.
• This position requires up to 70% travelling time.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and strong customer service skills are a must for this position.
• Direct experience in the analytical instruments field is a plus.
• This position requires a highly motivated individual that is capable of completing assigned tasks with minimum supervision.
• This position requiresminimum Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or another technical discipline.
• The ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment’s, and tools for repairs is required.
• Preferred candidates will have at least two to three years’ experience in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining analytical instruments.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and passport.
