Key Duties:

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing timely and proper technical service support to Rieckermann's global customers. This includes installations, reinstallations, and preventive maintenance for conventional machines.

Responsibilities include:

• Technical Service - Provide installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment and solutions for customers.
• Reporting - Ensure accurate reporting concerning operations and services.
• Spare Parts - Recommend spare parts to customers.
• Customer Relationship - Develop, establish, and maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, skilled in mechanical and electrical work; programming know-how is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering, or equivalent.
• Preferences for candidates who have handled complex machinery and equipment from the Food & Beverage industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility.
• Able to work well under pressure and independently.
• Team-oriented and disciplined working spirit.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% internationally and on short notice.
