As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across Malaysia. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of field service experience in the medical industry. Experience in other technical fields will also be considered.

- Well-experienced candidates will be considered for senior-level positions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English, both written and spoken, with good interpersonal skills to interface with customers and colleagues

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Windows, Office, etc.

- Ability to work independently

- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and standby duties

- Possess a valid driving license and own transport (car)

- Willing to travel within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak

- Willing to travel overseas for short periods
