Job Brief:


We are looking for competitive Field Sales Representatives who will be responsible for communicating the benefits of the company's products in order to drive sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services.


As a Field Sales Representative, they will also research sales competition. Field Sales Representatives serve as the company's point of contact with new prospects or existing customers and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing customers with information and assistance that relates to products and services. Qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Meet personal and team sales targets using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.)
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Maintain and expand customer coverage within your assigned territory
  • Effective field operations capability
  • Execute and maintain optimum in-store visibility/presence
