  • Provide ongoing tools and education to yourself and team members to ensure up-to-date industry, competitor, and product knowledge;
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors by engaging with physicians, suppliers, and others to refine regional strategies;
  • Gather regional data on competitors' sales tactics to prepare counter-strategies and inform the marketing team; monitor industry trends affecting sales activities;
  • Visit customers and potential clients regularly to promote products and achieve revenue targets as agreed with the BUM and Country Director;
  • Track and analyze sales performance, initiate corrective actions, and prepare reports and documentation;
  • Support sales and marketing activities, including promotions, training, and market research;
  • Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and ensure compliance with company policies;
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the BUM and Country Director;
  • Manage expenses to meet sales objectives within budget;
  • Integrate territory plans into regional sales strategies and coach the sales team accordingly, conducting quarterly reviews and adjusting strategies as needed;
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to foster communication and teamwork;
  • Act as the primary interface to clients and customer service, ensuring complaints and issues are addressed promptly and demonstrating commitment to quality;
  • Promote quality awareness and customer-oriented initiatives within the organization;
  • Maintain clinical knowledge to interpret studies and data, and competently discuss with healthcare professionals; sell the full product line to all buying influences;
  • Ensure all products and advertising materials are approved before sharing or publishing, adhering to regulatory requirements.
