What the Field Marketing Representative Will Do

1. Travel to various cities and states to support local marketing efforts and gather insights from the field.
2. Assist in identifying market opportunities and contribute ideas to improve campaigns.
3. Help build brand awareness by participating in events, promotions, and on-site activations.
4. Support the execution of branding, advertising, and promotional initiatives.
5. Stay informed on marketing trends and share new ideas with the team.
6. Collect and organize market data; assist in preparing simple reports for management.
7. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts and track campaign performance.
8. Help implement local marketing plans and ensure consistent brand messaging.
9. Take on additional tasks as needed to support the marketing team and company goals.

Who We're Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English. Candidates proficient in Mandarin are preferred for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, and sales performance.
• Owns a car and a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia.
• No experience required.
