Job summary

S6ME Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is recruiting a site supervisor to oversee servicing and preventive maintenance of air conditioning systems—split units, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU and chilled water systems.

You will lead workers, ensure safety, quality and compliance with company procedures, report to the Service Manager, and coordinate with engineers and clients during testing and commissioning. Entry-level candidates with 2–3 years in site supervision are welcome, with knowledge of chiller equipment a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or construction fieldwork.
• Experience in servicing air conditioning systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Servicing & Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine servicing of air conditioning systems including split units, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, PAC, and chilled water systems.
• Corrective Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and rectify system faults, breakdowns, and performance issues.
• Testing & Commissioning: Conduct pre-commissioning checks and functional testing during initial startup.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and commissioning checklists.
• Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping: Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordination & Support: Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and site teams for work planning.
