Field Executive - Sales & Education

Shiseido Malaysia Sdn Bhd

You are a highly motivated and dynamic Field Executive - Sales & Education who will be responsible for driving retail sales growth and coaching field sales on the brand's products and services as well as driving operational excellence for our brands like Shiseido, Cle De Peau Beaute, NARS, Drunk Elephant, Elixir. You will work closely with store and counter teams to understand their needs and provide fast, workable solutions to achieve productivity through set retail & CRM KPIs. You will be tasked with managing store/counter inventory, operations, training, staff development and welfare, along with other responsibilities such as supervising visual merchandising execution, coordinating in-store and outpost events.

You Are Someone Who

  • Possess SPM and above with a minimum work experience in retail (preferably skincare and make-up) of 3 years, ideally in the role managing sales and operations of stores/counters
  • Good with MS Office software particularly Outlook, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Able to analyze sales data and other retail data such as conversion, SKU, CRM information to draw meaningful and actionable insights
  • A fast and agile individual with a strong passion for beauty and retail
  • Able to lead and develop individuals and teams to achieve business objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and/or public holidays. Occasional travel within Malaysia when required
  • Consumer-first mindset and able to cultivate similar with the team
  • Enjoys the service industry and delivering retail experience that exceeds consumer expectations
