Our services include robotic system design, hardware & software procurement, custom robotic application development, system integration, and robotics consultation.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised by customers, providing professional technical support.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, proposing improvements to relevant departments.
  • Prepare technical documentation for installation, commissioning, and maintenance, recording work processes and solutions.
  • Develop implementation plans, complete assigned tasks, and support sales targets in collaboration with account managers.

Ideal Profile

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably in Engineering or Helpdesk/Technical Support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with numerical data.
  • Leadership qualities to build high-performing teams.
  • Willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
