Job description

Sales Performance
• Achieve sales targets by POS
• Monitor sell-out trends and best-seller performance
• Analyze sales results and review product mix to maximize sales

Stock Management
• Follow up on inventory to maintain optimal levels and minimize slow-moving stock risks
• Liaise with clients on stock allocation
• Ensure assortment relevance for each counter

Staff Management
• Recruit brand ambassadors/promoters
• Collaborate with Education & Training Manager to define training objectives and conduct counter coaching
• Conduct staff training on key launches

Retail Excellence
• Execute visual merchandising tools and implement animations in line with brand guidelines
• Update planograms and arrange POSM/testers/GWP; coordinate with HQ and store operations
• Oversee counter maintenance tasks

Sales Operation Management
• Act as brand representative and key contact for TR team and operational teams in assigned markets
• Provide market insights, conduct competitor analysis, and sales reporting to HQ
• Support ad hoc projects and assist the commercial team administratively
