Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled CNC technician to set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines at customer sites, with responsibility to troubleshoot and train customers.

You will work with sales teams to meet targets, build relationships with clients, distributors, and dealers, and handle on-site commissioning.

Candidates should have 2-3 years CNC experience, N/O levels or technical qualification, and fluent English for overseas communication. Full-time permanent position.

Qualifications

• Min. N / O level or any technical qualification in Precision Machining or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of CNC Machine working experience.
• Able to operate both CNC milling and turning lathe machines.
• Candidate must be fluent in English, in order to communicate with oversea customer.

Responsibilities

• Offer technical support and advise to customers on operating and maintain the machines.
• Built and maintain relationship with existing clients, distributors and dealers.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Setup and Commission CNC Mill, CNC Turn machines at customer’s place
• Able to perform CNC programming and interpret technical drawing
• Troubleshoot machine breakdown
• Training customers on how to use machines
• To fulfil and achieve the ad-hoc duties duly assigned by superior
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized
