Job summary

OTT CREATION MARKETING is seeking a CNC Service Machinist / Engineer (up to RM5,000) in Malaysia. You will provide technical support, train customers, and install CNC milling and turning equipment at client sites.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years CNC experience, can operate both milling and turning machines, and communicate effectively in English with overseas customers. This is a full-time, permanent role in Johor Bahru area.

Qualifications

Min. N / O level or any technical qualification in Precision Machining or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of CNC Machine working experience.
Able to operate both CNC milling and turning lathe machines.
Candidate must be fluent in English, in order to communicate with oversea customer

Responsibilities

Offer technical support and advise to customers on operating and maintain the machines.
Built and maintain relationship with existing clients, distributors and dealers.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Setup and Commission CNC Mill, CNC Turn machines at customer’s place
Able to perform CNC programming and interpret technical drawing
Troubleshoot machine breakdown
Training customers on how to use machines
To fulfil and achieve the ad-hoc duties duly assigned by superior
Able to work independently, self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized
