What You Will Do

As a Field Application Scientist, you will play a key role in supporting our customers through expert technical guidance, product demonstrations, and training. You will bridge scientific understanding with practical application helping laboratories and clinicians make the most of our diagnostic platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, application guidance, and troubleshooting to customers and internal teams.
  • Conduct on-site training, seminars, and hands-on product demonstrations to enhance user proficiency in our diagnostic platforms.
  • Collaborate with customers on product evaluations, validation studies, and research initiatives, delivering comprehensive technical insights and reports.
  • Work closely with global suppliers, Marketing, and Brand teams to develop impactful training and market awareness programs.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in molecular, immunological, and diagnostic technologies, continuously strengthening your technical expertise.
  • Technical Scope Includes: Conventional and rapid methods for microbiology and food safety solutions; Transplant diagnostics (Molecular solutions and antibody detection); Allergy diagnostics (Singleplex and Multiplex platforms); Real-time PCR and molecular applications; Cell culture and proteomics.
Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a scientifically driven individual who enjoys engaging with people, solving problems, and supporting diagnostic innovation.

  • PhD in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, or a related field (preferred); Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience will be considered.
  • Hands-on experience in molecular diagnostics, immunoassays, or clinical diagnostic.
  • Prior experience in field applications or technical support is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in molecular biology techniques (PCR, qPCR, NGS).
  • Familiarity with immunoassay platforms and diagnostic workflows.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and technical writing abilities.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Technical writing skills for creating protocols, reports, and training materials.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits, training sessions, and conferences.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
