Job Summary
This role drives business growth by securing design wins and product registrations with customers involved in product development. It involves close collaboration with customer and supplier engineering teams, providing technical support before and after sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to introduce new products and technologies to current and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs, product requirements, and the full design cycle.
- Build strong relationships with key technical decision-makers.
- Work with engineering teams to solve design challenges and promote product adoption.
- Train and support the sales team on product applications and customer engagement.
- Identify major design opportunities and lead them from concept to production.
- Prepare technical presentations and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and communicate insights internally and externally.
- Manage products throughout their lifecycle, aligning with customer expectations.
- Complete required technical training and certifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of technical sales, customer needs, and product lifecycles.
- Able to simplify technical concepts for different audiences.
- Knowledgeable about market trends, challenges, and regulations.
- Works independently and collaboratively; may lead teams or mentor others.
