Job summary

National Oilwell Varco Malaysia seeks a general operative to support finishing activities at Senai IV Industrial Estate. You will perform rework on fiberglass products, operate curing ovens and grinders, and ensure quality while meeting production targets. Qualifications

• Minimum PMR Qualification or Technical/Vocational Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform fitting rework activities including grinding, blasting, coating, and repair of fiberglass products.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and PPE requirements with zero tolerance for unsafe behavior.
• Grind sharp edges on products without causing damage.
• Inspect products for defects and perform necessary rework.
• Operate curing ovens, spray guns, grinders, and hand tools safely.
