Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive to actively visit agricultural supply shops, nurseries, and farming-related businesses to generate sales, establish relationships, and grow the market for NPK fertilizers.
This is a field sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, meeting customers, and developing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Market Expansion: Visit agricultural supply shops, retailers, and distributors to introduce and sell our NPK fertilizer products.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with shop owners, farm suppliers, and end-users (farmers, plantation estate managers).
Business Development: Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors, ensuring wider market coverage.
Product Knowledge & Support: Educate customers on fertilizer applications, benefits, and best practices.
Sales Growth & Reporting: Track sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies.
Requirements
Sales Experience in Agriculture/Fertilizer Industry – Proven experience in field sales, preferably in fertilizers, agrochemicals, or related products.
Strong Communication & Persuasion Skills – Ability to build relationships and close sales effectively.
Knowledge of Fertilizer & Agriculture – Understanding of different soil types, crop needs, and fertilizer applications is a plus.
Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented – Ability to work independently and drive sales performance.
Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia – Additional languages like Mandarin or Tamil are an advantage.
Willing to Travel & Work in the Field – Must be comfortable with extensive travel within assigned regions.
