Job description

We are seeking a skilled and professional Female Hammam Therapist to join our spa team. The ideal candidate will specialize in traditional Hammam therapies, including body exfoliation, cleansing rituals, and holistic wellness treatments. The role requires excellent technique, customer care, and a commitment to delivering a serene and luxurious guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform traditional Hammam rituals including exfoliation (kessa glove), body scrubs, soaping, and rinsing techniques.

• Deliver high-quality treatments in accordance with spa protocols and hygiene standards.

• Welcome clients and provide a warm, respectful, and professional atmosphere.

• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Hammam area before and after treatments.

• Ensure guest privacy, comfort, and safety at all times.

• Stay updated on wellness trends and new techniques in Hammam and body therapies.

• Promote spa products and services as appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Hammam Therapist or Spa Therapist with Hammam training.

• Certification or formal training in Hammam or body therapy preferred.

• Good understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Physically fit and capable of performing physically demanding treatments.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in luxury hotels, wellness retreats, or high-end spas.

• Multilingual abilities are an advantage (e.g., English, Arabic, French).

• Knowledge of other spa treatments such as massages or body wraps is a plus.
