EcoCeres in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager, Feedstock Operations to strengthen the function by driving stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. You will support strategic initiatives and establish scalable processes to drive sustainable growth.

You will work with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality and Legal teams to lead governance, optimizations, and digitalization efforts while mentoring the team to achieve operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, logistics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in feedstock operations or related functions.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience in supplier/customer negotiations and governance.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office proficiency.
• Strategic, analytical thinker with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders across the feedstock value chain.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, customers, and service providers.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality and Legal.
• Lead continuous improvement to efficiency, control, compliance and service performance.
• Develop governance frameworks, SOPs, and best practices.
• Support digitalization and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide operational insights for business planning and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and coach team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Foster a high-performing Ex-China Feedstock Operations culture.
