Duties

Lendlease Malaysia is looking for candidates who are interested growing their career as FCC Operator- Setia City Mall. If you are looking for an exciting role that works closely with a dynamic team and offers growth opportunities, this is the role for you. Duties include but not limited to:

  • Actively enforce and implement Setia City Mall's comprehensive security policies, including the Injury and Incident Free (IIF) program and sustainability initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor and operate all fire control systems and associated monitoring equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and immediate detection of potential issues.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all incidents reported or detected within the mall.
  • Efficiently manage and coordinate incident responses, ensuring prompt action is taken and appropriate personnel, including emergency services and building management, are immediately alerted.
  • Aid local authorities during investigations as required.
  • Act as the primary liaison between on-site security personnel, emergency services, tenants, and building management.
  • Prioritize effective communication, aiming for high Communication Satisfaction Rates and Communication Accuracy Rates to ensure clear and timely information dissemination.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and incidents.
  • Plan and conduct regular training sessions and drills for outsourced security guards, focusing on fire safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and the effective use of fire control systems.


Requirement

  • 1-2 years of experience working in Fire Control Centre room.
  • Knowledge in operating FCC room system and equipment
  • Candidates with Auxiliary Police experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to work rotating shift 24x7 (based on their roster), weekends and Public Holidays.
