Job summary

H&M Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Part-Time Sales Advisor for KL Gateway Mall to welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help find the right fashion items while showcasing our products.

You will work with the Store Team to deliver exceptional service, keep the floor well-stocked and inviting, assist with opening and closing, and represent the brand positively in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields.
• Passionate about fashion and delivering an in-store experience.
• Able to collaborate effectively with store teams.
