Job description

Planning for the merchandise designs for the brand.

Creating proposal mood boards for thematic concepts (monthly, quarterly, yearly) based on market research and online research on upcoming fashion trends. Conducting colour and fabric trend research.

Proposing silhouette designs based on requests to match concept ideas.

Planning ahead for fashion research on upcoming trendsetting.

Supporting graphic ideas, printing, and designs.

Assisting with ideas for all required detailings (lace, embroidery, beadings, accessories).

Preparing stock cards for all departments involved.

Preparing production sheets and work-in-progress (WIP) reports to ensure scheduled delivery dates for all departments.

Preparing weekly cutting reports.

Arranging samples for photo shoots and returning them to the warehouse.

Ensuring sample product measurements follow size specifications for all departments.

Verifying that all accessory details match confirmed orders (design sheets).

Preparing allocation quantities for stock deliveries.

Job Requirements:

Minimum diploma or degree in a related field.

Ability to work with attention to detail and handle time-sensitive issues.

Good decision-making skills and ability to respond to high-pressure situations.
