Job description

Design, source, plan, and develop merchandise for each season.

Research seasonal fashion trends, styles, fabrics, and color themes.

Focus mainly on design development work.

Prepare drawings and technical sheets for production.

Liaise with local and overseas suppliers for sample raising, production capacity booking, delivery schedules, etc.

Arrange fabric purchasing and conduct seasonal reviews of developed merchandise.

Check and ensure the quality and fitting measurements of all new samples meet specifications before mass production.

Prepare supporting documents and samples for seasonal presentations and photoshoots.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, diploma, or degree in Textile, Fashion, Graphic Design, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
