Job summary

A leading company in the retail and consumer products sector seeks a talented Fashion Designer to manage design from concept to styling. Ideal candidates will possess a diploma/degree in Fashion Design with at least two years of experience, proficiency in Adobe Suite, and an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of working experience in fashion designing/styling required.
• Knowledge in product photo shooting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design process from conception to final styling.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and inspire designs.
• Prepare product profiles for exhibitions and merchandising.

Manage the design process from conception through to final styling, with injection of CR’s signature elements.

Describe and convey design ideas effectively to suppliers, merchandisers, and others by giving clear and concise information and instructions.

Ensure product design is aligned with brand creative direction and business strategy.

Prepare product profiles with specifications for seasonal exhibitions, training, and merchandising purposes.

Achieve design goals with attention to detail, follow up on product sample ETAs, anticipate potential challenges, and manage design calendar deadlines.

Conduct market research to identify new trends, materials, and techniques, as well as seeking design inspiration.

Knowledge and experience in product photo shooting will be an advantage.

Any other related tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in fashion designing/styling is required.

Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
