Principal Accountabilities:
* Deliver top-notch customer service in line with Club 21 standards.
* Consistently work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
* Exhibit a strong sense of fashion and a deep knowledge of our product range.
* Assist with the overall store presentation, including visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintenance.
* Support inventory control and handle additional tasks as required.

Knowledge & Skills Required:
* Minimum SPM qualifications with credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mathematics.
* Prior experience in luxury fashion retail is a plus.
* Approachable, sales-oriented, and a team player.
* Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
