Execute Wafer failure analysis and identify the root cause of failure.
Yield monitoring and lead continuous yield improvements.
To support Quality Abnormality Release (QAR) and follow-up on the activities.
Release related on-hold lots upon management approval.
To manage and ensure Inspection Measuring and Test Equipment (IMTE) tools are kept in good running mode.
To support Wafer 8-inch lab start-up.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering/Science field or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in the semiconductor manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
Technical Diploma with a minimum 7 years of related working experience.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Earlier operations include substrate production and media magnetic disk production. In March 2008, Fuji Electric Semiconductor (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was established for the manufacturing of industrial Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) modules.
On 1st April 2015, the magnetic disk and power semiconductor businesses were merged under one entity – Fuji Electric (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd to further strengthen FEM’s business operation in Malaysia. Currently, the Semiconductor IGBT module is the main product of FEM.
