Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical/Science
• 5+ years of industrial experience in Manufacturing Engineering/Operation/Quality Assurance
• Strong understanding of equipment and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with data-driven influence

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact to support factory escalation from Lam factories
• Review critical part quality issues and provide response plan
• Initiate containment actions and coordinate with SE, SBM, Buyer, SCM teams
• Develop recovery actions to prevent disruption to manufacturing or tool shipments
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, SET and Supply Chain to mitigate risks
• Improve product quality and ensure factory output through systematic problem solving
