Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily factory operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety regulations.
Oversee workforce management, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure raw material availability.
Monitor equipment maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure timely production and delivery based on market demand.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of food safety compliance and quality assurance.
Experience in lean manufacturing and cost-saving initiatives.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
