Your Mission

As Factory Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of our factory floor — overseeing people, processes, and performance. • Build and execute production plans in line with business targets and timelines.

People Management & Leadership

  • Inspire and lead a team of supervisors and production staff — setting clear goals, coaching performance, and building a high-performing culture.
  • Manage staffing needs, training programs, and performance development.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all operations comply with quality standards (GMP, ISO, MDSAP) and regulatory guidelines.
  • Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the factory.

Process & Cost Optimization

  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement initiatives to reduce downtime, improve yield, and optimize resources.
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects to streamline processes.

Inventory & Budget Oversight

  • Manage raw material procurement, inventory control, and operational budgeting to maximize cost efficiency.

Who You Are

A strategic thinker with strong execution skills

A team leader who communicates clearly and motivates others

A problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

What You Bring

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–9 years’ experience in a senior manufacturing or operations role (Polymer Science – Latex Industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of production systems, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
