Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of yacht production, from planning to final delivery
• Lead and coordinate teams across multiple departments (carpentry, mechanical, electrical, etc.)
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and production deadlines

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve production challenges

Qualifications
