Job Title : Factory Manager ( Precision Engineering )

Salary Range：RM10k - RM20k

Working Hours ：Mon - Fri (8:00am - 5:00pm) Sat (8:00am-12pm)

Working Location ：Setia Eco Garden

Job Scopes

1. Coordinate the overall operation of the factory to ensure the efficient completion of production tasks.

2. Control product quality and implement quality control measures.

3. Manage the factory team to improve employee performance.

4. Optimize the production process and reduce costs.

5. Have good communication skills with customers.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in machinery.

2. Extensive factory management experience, at least 10 years.

3. Excellent leadership skills and teamwork spirit.

4. Good communication, coordination and problem solving skills.

5. Good customer communication skills, able to communicate with customers independently.

6. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must , it is a china company.
