The role leads audits of preventative maintenance procedures, operates and maintains facility systems, and responds promptly to abnormal conditions. It also involves troubleshooting and mentoring staff to boost organizational performance.

Formación

• Typically 8+ years of related work experience in equipment diagnosis or technical repair.
• High school diploma or equivalent with demonstrated maintenance competence.
• Experience auditing preventative maintenance procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Develops proactive work plans for emergency repairs of critical assets.
• Creates and closes work orders with accurate labor, equipment, and parts data.
• Audits preventative maintenance procedures to ensure optimal performance.
• Operates, monitors, and maintains facility systems and responds to abnormal conditions.
• Troubleshoots non-operational equipment and implements modifications as directed.
• Documents work orders and service logs for repairs, inspections, and replacements.
• Leads and assigns responsibilities for complex requests and drives process improvements.
• Mentors and guides lower-level staff to enhance organizational performance.
