Job summary

JLL Malaysia is seeking a Facilities Technician to monitor and optimize HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems on-site in Selangor. You will execute preventive maintenance, respond to fault reports, and coordinate with external vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires 2–5 years commercial facility experience, a forklift license (DOSH-certified), and lifting supervision certification for one technician.

• Certificate/SKMM/MARA in HVAC or mechanical systems.
• Minimum 2-5 years commercial facility experience.
• Valid Forklift Operator License (DOSH-certified)
• Certified Lifting Supervisor (CLS) Certification, for one technician
