About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Supervisor to join our team at Epsilon Medical Devices Sdn Bhd in Kamunting, Perak. As a Facility Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our medical device manufacturing facility. This is a full-time position offering a dynamic and challenging environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the facility maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facility equipment and systems.
3. Oversee repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
4. Manage procurement of materials, tools, and supplies for maintenance activities.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
6. Collaborate with production to address facility-related issues impacting manufacturing.
7. Provide regular reports to senior management on facility status and maintenance projects.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Facility Supervisor or similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge in maintenance and repair of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Leadership skills to motivate maintenance teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with purified water systems and wastewater treatment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to manufacturing.
