Facility Management - Technician Mechanical
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment, machines, and systems.
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot, and repair breakdowns promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and spare parts usage.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure proper usage of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
- Provide technical support to other departments as required.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the superior.
Qualification & Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate holder in Mechanical/Electrical or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience, specifically in servicing and maintenance of Air-conditioning systems, AHU systems, and ACMV systems.
- Candidates with strong technical knowledge, even at entry level, are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective works independently and as part of a team.
- Technical expertise in mechanical maintenance.
