Facility Management - Technician Mechanical

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment, machines, and systems.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot, and repair breakdowns promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and spare parts usage.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure proper usage of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
• Provide technical support to other departments as required.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualification & Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate holder in Mechanical/Electrical or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience, specifically in servicing and maintenance of Air-conditioning systems, AHU systems, and ACMV systems.
• Candidates with strong technical knowledge, even at entry level, are encouraged to apply.
